Henriette Robinson
As Lettings Director, it’s my job to reinforce HYPE Lettings as one of the most trusted Letting Agents in Stoke-on-Trent.
Hence, I make sure everything runs smoothly, and our landlords and tenants are happy, and up-to-speed.
Perhaps most crucially, I make sure that Pieter isn’t eating too much chocolate. He hasn’t earned the nickname ‘Dairy Milk’ for no good reason.
When I’m not at work, I love to spend time with my family. I also enjoy playing tennis, doing Pilates and HIIT workouts.
Any spare time other than that, I like to bake and, of course, upcycle whatever I can!

Pieter Robinson
Coming from a background in sport and teaching, I know how to overcome barriers, be mentally strong, and push myself to the limit. I also know how to get the very best out of myself and others.
It may not seem like a natural progression to go from being a maths teacher to heading a property management company, but there are definite parallels. Both require the ability to form strong and lasting relationships. Both require attention to detail and a need to constantly bring your A-game. And, perhaps most importantly, both require a desire for constant improvement.
That’s why I co-founded HYPE Lettings. To help people. To make things better. And to make a lasting positive difference.
I want to use my experience and knowledge to help ambitious property investors and landlords achieve their dream and ultimately lead a stress-free life.
HYPE gives the direction, support, and expertise to make that possible.

Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, I came to the UK in 2019 (just before the world was struck with COVID-19). Seems like forever ago!
I’m the Admin Assistant for the Lettings Team. That means I dot the i’s, cross the t’s and make sure things are in the right place.
My other day-to-day duties involve keeping Pieter in check and an occasional floss dance around the office. It’s what screen breaks are for!
When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my hubby, Gavin and my Pekingese, Gizmo.
One of them does have the capacity to turn into a gremlin if you feed them after midnight. But I’m not saying which.

What inspired me to do what I do: I need the cash. Otherwise I may starve to death. Well, I do want to make us Stoke’s most trusted Letting Agents as well.

I’m your friendly, far-away admin ace of Hype Lettings Team. Even though I’m 6,809 miles away and 8 hours ahead, I’m always ready to lend a hand with your maintenance needs.
Coming from a land of over 7,000 islands (or more if the tide’s high), I’m here to make sure we stay connected and chat about any repairs or tenancy stuff you need to know. We’ll have fun, and I’ll keep our landlords in the loop to make sure your home stays in tip-top shape
I also help keep an eye on those important papers to make sure everything is compliant and we avoid any penalties.
