Hi, I’m Issy. I work in lettings and help manage the day-to-day running of our rental properties. From property viewings and inspections to tenant check-ins and check-outs I focus on keeping everything organised so both landlords and tenants have a smooth experience.

Hi, I’m Chantelle. I manage Hype’s social media, email campaigns and digital content, helping keep our communication clear, engaging and consistent. From creating content to sharing important updates, my role is to make sure landlords, tenants and followers stay informed and connected.

The Beacon keeps Hype visible and guides every message in the right direction. Chantelle manages the social media, email campaigns and digital content that connect Hype with landlords, tenants and the wider community. With creativity, organisation and plenty of spark, she ensures the Hype message always shines through.

Jenny works on the maintenance side of Hype Lettings and believes in keeping things simple: identify the problem, find the solution and get the job done. Practical, dependable and focused, she helps keep properties running smoothly behind the scenes.
