Hi, I’m Henriette. I lead Hype Sales & Lettings, a female forward team focused on helping landlords run well managed, profitable properties. My role is to keep everything running smoothly with clear communication, strong systems and proactive property management for landlords and tenants.

The Captain keeps the ship steady and the crew moving in the right direction. Henriette leads the team, sets the standards and makes sure every property is managed properly. With a steady hand on the wheel, landlords always know their investment is on course.

(The other) director at hype lettings
Coming from a background in sport and teaching, I know how to overcome barriers, be mentally strong, and push myself to the limit. I also know how to get the very best out of myself and others.
It may not seem like a natural progression to go from being a maths teacher to heading a property management company, but there are definite parallels. Both require the ability to form strong and lasting relationships. Both require attention to detail and a need to constantly bring your A-game. And, perhaps most importantly, both require a desire for constant improvement.
That’s why I co-founded HYPE Lettings. To help people. To make things better. And to make a lasting positive difference.
I want to use my experience and knowledge to help ambitious property investors and landlords achieve their dream and ultimately lead a stress-free life.
DEBBIE WARD
Dangerous at HYPE Lettings
Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, I came to the UK in 2019 (just before the world was struck with COVID-19). Seems like forever ago!
I’m the Admin Assistant for the Lettings Team. That means I dot the i’s, cross the t’s and make sure things are in the right place.
My other day-to-day duties involve keeping Pieter in check and an occasional floss dance around the office. It’s what screen breaks are for!
When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my hubby, Gavin and my Pekingese, Gizmo.
One of them does have the capacity to turn into a gremlin if you feed them after midnight.
But I’m not saying which.

Natalie Venter is a dedicated Maintenance Administrator known for her efficiency, organization, and problem-solving skills. A quick learner with a passion for acquiring new knowledge, she thrives in dynamic environments and continuously seeks growth.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, jogging, hiking, and staying active at the gym.
Grounded in faith and discipline, she is committed to both personal and professional excellence.
